Point #1: When advertising on the internet Overture and Google's AdWords Select program have a minimum bid of 5 cents. However, for most of the popular search terms, you can expect to pay a lot more than 5 cents if you want to occupy one of the top 3 spots in Overture and one of the top spots in Google. Contrast that with the fact that we send visitors to customers at a FLAT rate of 5 cents - i.e. no matter how popular the keyword, website customers will only pay 5 cents for each unique visitor.

Point #2: Most search engines which display advertising results from Overture at the top of their search results clearly label these sites as "Sponsored Sites" or "Featured Sites" or something similar. Advertising in Google's AdWords Select program, the sites appear in a different color at the right of the screen. Consumers are increasingly becoming aware that these are nothing but advertisements. In contrast, since the domain that we will optimize for our clients will be displayed as part of the regular search results in the search engines, no such negative reaction exists. Hence, website customers are likely to see a far greater clickthrough and conversion rate if they use our service vs. the pay per click search engines.

Point #3:There are some search engines that take results from Overture (like AOL) which will only display the Title of the listing and will only display the description when the visitor takes the mouse pointer over the site's listing. This ensures that a large number of untargeted visitors will make their way to a web site using the pay per click search engines. In contrast, with our Pay Per Click Package, visitors first come to a domain owned by us and then look at a detailed description of what our customer's site is all about. Customers are charged only after the visitors have clicked on the link leading to the customer's site from our domain. Point #4: Some unethical companies may deliberately click on their sites multiple times in order to fraudulently increase their costs.
